Mind koondati. Ja nüüd olen rase ja sünnitama peaksin detsembri alguses, kas nüüd olen kõigist toetustest ilma ja kas pean seda teatama ka tööhõivesse, et ootan last?

Riiklikke peretoetusi ja vanemahüvitist saate ikka, need ei sõltu töökoha olemasolust. Pealegi saate vanemahüvitist oma eelmise 2013. aasta keskmise tulu alusel, kui laps sünnib 2014.a sees ja teile vanemahüvitist hakatakse maksma 2014.aastal. Kui vanemahüvitst hakatkse maksma 2015.aastal, arvestatakse see 2014.a. keskmise sissetuleku järgi (sotsiaalmaksu).

Tööhõiveametisse oma rasedusest teatamise kohustust ei ole. Teatate siis, kui ise seda soovite teha. Probleem võib tekkida siis, kui teile mingit tööd pakutakse ja teile rasedana see töö ei sobi. Siis peaksite ütlema, miks. Niikaua kui sellist olukorda tekkinud ei ole, on see teie enda otsustada.
